Indre Ringrute runs from Nordhavn through Østerbro and Nørrebro on Jagtvej. The route continues in Frederiksberg on Den Grønne Sti and further through Vesterbro by Enghavevej. From Sydhavnen the route cross Sjællandsbroen and connects to Ørested in Amager.

About the route

The Indre Ringrute is a ring route across central Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. The route connects to seven other cycle superhighways and provides commuters with direct cycling connections between inner city Copenhagen and the rest of the region. Indre Ringrute primarily follows one-way cycle paths along roads, with the exception of the section on Den Grønne Sti, which follows its own route. Den Grønne Sti leads the route over Ågade via a bicycle and pedestrian bridge and along part of Vejlands Allé, where the route runs along a local road and shared-use path.

The route connects the areas Nordhavn, Østerbro, Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, Vesterbro, Sydhavn, Sjællandsbroen, Amager Fælled, Ørestad and Sundbyvester.
