As a test commuter you will receive e-mails when we as part of a project need feedback from commuters who use the cycle superhighways. As a test commuter you have no obligations and are always able to decline taking part in testing or unsubscribe completely.

What is the job of a test commuter?

In the past test commuters have among other things tested certain cycle superhighways and given feedback on navigation along the route. It provided essential knowledge on which locations and types of road signs are ideal when navigating a cycle superhighway. That test has influenced the navigation provided on every cycle superhighway.

Test commuters have completed trial runs on nearly all our routes and reported detailed descriptions on improvement opportunities along the cycle superhighways.

The purpose of your input?

Test commuters’ feedback is a part of our continuous work towards establishment, improvement, and evaluation of existing and coming cycle superhighways, tweaking them to best fit the needs of the users.

How often will we contact you?

We only reach out to our test commuters when something specific needs testing. This means that the amount of request you receive from us will vary from several to a few times a year, sometimes longer in between.  Being part of the test panel is without obligations and you are always able to decline taking part in testing or unsubscribe completely.
