This route connects Hundested, Frederiksværk, Kregme and Hillerød. Between the cities the route primarely follows previous contry roads. On the route you will be cycling on both edge lanes, one-way cycling tracks, shared use-paths, seperated paths and bidirectional cycling tracks.

About the route

The Hundested-Hillerødruten runs mainly in open countryside. The route stretches from Hundested Harbor through Hundested along Amtsvejen, through Frederiksværk and along Strandvejen through Kregme. Then the route continues along Amtsvejen south of Arresø and through Store Lyngby and Meløse. At Herredsvejen, the route turns through Tjæreby, after which the route ends south of Slotssøen in Hillerød.
