About the route

The Helsinge-Hillerødruten runs from Helsinge St. in the north along Rådhusvej and continues south along Frederiksborgvej. The route turns onto Kildevej, which becomes Gribskovvej and later Helsingevej until Isterødvejen. There are no bicycle infrastructure on this stretch. At Isterødvejen, the route connects with the future Hillerød-Helsingørruten and Hillerød-Hørsholmruten towards Hillerød. The route runs in green surroundings through the state forest Gribskov.
