Bagsværdruten runs on one-way cycle tracks on each side of the road from the Ring 4-ruten on Bagsværd Hovedgade, Buddinge Hovedgade, Søborg Hovedgade and Frederiksborgvej. Hereafter the route continues on Tagensvej and terminates at Nørre Allé, where the route intersects with Allerødruten.
About the route
Bagsværdruten follows a thoroughfare through densely built areas between Bagsværd and central Copenhagen. Through Søborg on søborg Hovedgade there are shopping centres. The route connects several larger business areas such as Novo Nordisk, Bispebjerg Hospital, Universitetsparken, Panuminstituttet and Rigshospitalet. The route further provides easy access to youth and education institutions – as Gladsaxe Gymnasium and Panuminstituttet.
