The cycle superhighway, the Copenhagen route, will be ready in july 2022. The route is 4,7 km and goes through the City of Copenhagen. It connects Østerbro with the eastern part of Amager and is also connected with in total four cycle superhighways: The Albertslund route, the Frederikssund route, the Farum route and the Allerød route.
