Ved at visualisere koncentrationer af boligomr\u00e5der, arbejdspladser og uddannelsessteder bliver det synligt, hvilke omr\u00e5der der er relevante at forbinde med supercykelstier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supercykelstisamarbejdet i hovedstadsregionen har udarbejdet aktivitetskortets til h\u00f8jre, der viser koncentrationer af aktiviteter: arbejdspladser, studiepladser og beboelse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 kortet kan man se, at de mere end 60 planlagte og eksisterende supercykelstiruter netop forbinder boligomr\u00e5der med studie- og arbejdspladser. For eksempel kan man finde opg\u00f8relser p\u00e5, hvor langt besk\u00e6ftigede borgere har til arbejde &#8211; b\u00e5de p\u00e5 nationalt, regionalt og kommunalt niveau. Dette kan f.eks. give en indikation af, hvor mange som potentielt ville kunne v\u00e6lge cyklen som pendlertransportmiddel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kan ogs\u00e5 finde en opg\u00f8relse over pendlertransporten mellem kommunerne. Dette kan give en indikation af, hvor mange borgere, der pendler mellem de kommuner, som en planlagt supercykelsti g\u00e5r igennem. Det er dog ikke alle, som er avancerede nok til at kunne udregne effekter p\u00e5 cykeltrafikken. F\u00e6lles for dem alle er dog, at det kan v\u00e6re bekosteligt b\u00e5de i tid og \u00f8konomi at f\u00e5 lavet en udregning. Derfor b\u00f8r projektet have en vis st\u00f8rrelse (f.eks. en st\u00f8rre broforbindelse eller lignende), f\u00f8r det kan betale sig at f\u00e5 lavet en udregning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den mest veludviklede model til at beregne trafikale effekter for cykeltrafikken er COMPASS-trafikmodellen, som er blevet f\u00e6rdigudviklet i 2021 af K\u00f8benhavns Kommune og d\u00e6kker hovedstadsregionen. Derudover kan OTM-modellen (\u00d8restadstrafikmodel) ogs\u00e5 beregne cykling, mens LTM (Landstrafikmodel) desv\u00e6rre ikke tilbyder denne mulighed endnu. Det skal dog bem\u00e6rkes, at der er stor usikkerhed ved modeller i forhold til estimering af cykeltrafik, selv med en kompleks og detaljeret model som COMPASS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Visionsplanen for Supercykelstisamarbejdet i hovedstadsregionen bliver COMPASS-modelleringer brugt til at illustrere den forventede cykeltrafik p\u00e5 rutestr\u00e6kningerne i enten 2025 eller 2035. Det indeb\u00e6rer b\u00e5de en fastlagt regnearksmodel TERESA, og fastlagte <em>transport\u00f8konomiske enhedspriser<\/em>, som l\u00f8bende opdateres. Transportministeriet udf\u00f8rer selv analysen for et stort projekt, hvis de er myndighed, fx p\u00e5 et motorvejsprojekt. Et infrastrukturprojekt anses som en rentabel investering, hvis det har en intern rente p\u00e5 over 4%. Dels fordi netv\u00e6rket har udvidet sig, og dels fordi de transport\u00f8konomiske enhedspriser l\u00f8bende \u00e6ndrer sig. Men de transport\u00f8konomiske enhedspriser kan ogs\u00e5 bruges til \u2019lettere\u2019 beregninger. F.eks. beregnes der I <a href=\"https:\/\/supercykelstier.dk\/koncept\/effektmaaling\/#cykelregnskab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Region Hovedstadens cykelregnskab<\/a> er der f.eks. lavet beregninger p\u00e5 den sundheds\u00f8konomiske gevinst, der opn\u00e5s ved de dagligt cyklede kilometer p\u00e5 supercykelstierne p\u00e5 baggrund af de gennemsnitlige cyklede kilometer p\u00e5 en flere eller alle supercykelstier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10vh\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"navngivning\">Supercykelstiers navngivning og rutenummmer <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ligesom med \u00f8vrige regionale transporttilbud som eksempelvis motorveje eller S-tog er god vejledning essentielt. For at kunne give god rutevejledning p\u00e5 supercykelstierne er det vigtigt, at alle supercykelstier er genkendelige og samtidig kan kendes fra hinanden. supercykelstien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hovedstadsregionen l\u00f8ber supercykelstier oftest p\u00e5 eksisterende infrastruktur. Derfor best\u00e5r realiseringen af supercykelstier ogs\u00e5 ofte af udbedring eller forbedring af missing links for at f\u00e5 en sammenh\u00e6ngende rute og opgradering af eksisterende infrastruktur til supercykelstistandarder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med en screeningsproces kortl\u00e6gges, hvilke str\u00e6kninger og steder der skal opgraderes, n\u00e5r supercykelstien realiseres. Kortl\u00e6gningen tager udgangspunkt i anbefalingerne, der er beskrevet i Konceptet for Supercykelstier. Dette giver en f\u00f8rste identifikation af de opgraderinger, der er n\u00f8dvendige p\u00e5 str\u00e6kningen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Supercykelstisamarbejdet i hovedstadsregionen bliver ruten ogs\u00e5 vurderet ved hj\u00e6lp af samarbejdets vurderingsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I en skrivebordsscreening kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en god ide at unders\u00f8ge eventuelle fredninger, st\u00f8rre projekter, ejerforhold eller lokalplaner, som betyder, at der skal s\u00f8ge dispensation for at kunne anl\u00e6gge supercykelstien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Supercykelstisamarbejdet i hovedstadsregionen er det sekretariatet der laver skrivebordsscreeningen. De missing links og opgraderingspotentialer, som er kortlagt bliver sammenholdt med standardpriser p\u00e5 diverse anl\u00e6g. P\u00e5 den baggrund bliver der udarbejdet en overslagspris p\u00e5 etablering af supercykelstien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som en del af anl\u00e6gsomkostningerne er det en fordel ogs\u00e5 at f\u00e5 udregnet forventede driftsomkostninger i hver enkelt kommune. Derudover bliver der i Supercykelstisamarbjedet i hovedstadsregionen ogs\u00e5 beregnet pris for rutevejledning, servicetiltag, lanceringskampagne og evaluering (ogs\u00e5 kaldet f\u00e6llesudgifter). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Screeningsrapporten opdateres med de estimerede omkostninger, som sendes til kommunerne til kommentering, og rapporten f\u00e6rdigg\u00f8res derefter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beregning af anl\u00e6gs- og driftsomkostninger<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anl\u00e6gspriser kan variere meget b\u00e5de i forhold svingende materiale- og l\u00f8nomkostninger og i forhold til, om det er anl\u00e6g i \u00e5bent land eller i bebyggede omr\u00e5der.
