Der g\u00e5r ofte flere \u00e5r imellem m\u00e5lingerne, men de udf\u00f8res p\u00e5 samme tidspunkt af \u00e5ret for at sikre sammenlignelighed. For at undg\u00e5 ferier og sommer\/vinter ekstremer i vejrforhold, som kan p\u00e5virke cykeltrafikken, foretages m\u00e5lingerne som udgangspunkt i september.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8rm\u00e5lingen udf\u00f8res inden anl\u00e6gsarbejdet g\u00e5r i gang, for at have en nulpunktsm\u00e5ling. Efterm\u00e5lingen skal udf\u00f8res igen i september 1-1,5 \u00e5r efter ruten er lanceret som en supercykelsti. Der skal helst g\u00e5 mindst et \u00e5r fra lancering til evaluering, for at sikre, at brugerne har n\u00e5et at \u2019opdage\u2019 og v\u00e6nne sig til opgraderingerne p\u00e5 ruten, og effekten b\u00e5de i cykeltrafikken, sikkerheden og tilfredsheden kan begynde at ses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supercykelstisamarbejdet i hovedstadsregionen f\u00e5r altid ekstern hj\u00e6lp til at udf\u00f8re ruteevalueringerne, for at holde en \u2019armsl\u00e6ngde\u2019 til resultaterne og vurderingen af ruten. Samarbejdet har f\u00e5et udf\u00f8rt ruteevalueringer siden 2010, hvor samarbejdets f\u00f8rste rute Albertslundruten blev f\u00f8rm\u00e5lt. T\u00e6llinger udf\u00f8res som udgangspunkt den f\u00f8rste uge i september m\u00e5ned, altid p\u00e5 samme tidspunkt p\u00e5 \u00e5ret og de samme t\u00e6llelokationer i f\u00f8r- og efterm\u00e5lingerne for at sikre bedst muligt sammenligningsgrundlag. Denne registrering kan med fordel indg\u00e5 i f\u00f8rm\u00e5lingen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"studier\">Grunden til, at politiregistrerede uheld ikke l\u00e6ngere indg\u00e5r i en standard evaluering af en supercykelsti, er fordi uheldsantallene er relativt sm\u00e5, og der skal gerne indsamles mere end et \u00e5rs registreringer (helst fem \u00e5r) ved efterm\u00e5lingen for at undg\u00e5 stor statistisk usikkerhed. Stopinterviews foretages p\u00e5 relevante steder fordelt p\u00e5 ruten. Ofte kan dette v\u00e6re ved et \u2019naturligt\u2019 stop, fx ved et lyskryds, hvor brugeren alligevel stopper eller skal ned i hastighed, s\u00e5 de ikke stoppes midt p\u00e5 en str\u00e6kning. Der kan i nogle tilf\u00e6lde v\u00e6re udvalgte lokationer, hvor der er udf\u00f8rt s\u00e6rlige tiltag eller forbedringer, hvor det ogs\u00e5 kan v\u00e6re relevant at st\u00e5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at f\u00e5 tid til at udf\u00f8re et helt interview med brugerne i myldretiden, tilbydes pendlere mulighed for at besvare online sp\u00f8rgeskema. Det g\u00f8r de ved at udfylde deres kontaktoplysninger (mailadresse), hvorefter de modtager link til sp\u00f8rgeunders\u00f8gelsen, som de kan udfylde p\u00e5 et passende tidspunkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Stopinterviews skal belyse brugerens oplevelse af ruten, tilfredshed og baggrund for at v\u00e6lge den mm. Det er vigtigt, at sp\u00f8rgerammen er relativt fastlagt og f\u00f8lger det samme indhold i f\u00f8r- og efterm\u00e5lingen. Derved kan resultaterne fra sp\u00f8rgeunders\u00f8gelsen bruges til at give et billede af den aktuelle rutes brugere og deres tilfredshed. I disse tilf\u00e6lde er det stadig vigtigt at have en nulpunktsm\u00e5ling af hele supercykelstiens str\u00e6kning. En nulpunktsm\u00e5ling anbefales som minimum at best\u00e5 af cykelt\u00e6llinger og billeder f\u00f8r og efter opgraderingen. Afh\u00e6ngig af typen af anl\u00e6g, der etableres, kan stopinterviews, komfortm\u00e5ling og rejsetids- og stopfrekvensm\u00e5linger ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re relevante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div T\u00e6llinger i den f\u00f8rste uge i september (altid samme periode som f\u00f8rm\u00e5lingen), samt rejsetidsm\u00e5ling, komfortm\u00e5ling og stopinterviews udf\u00f8res.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Evaluering<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>Evalueringsrapport udarbejdes p\u00e5 baggrund af f\u00f8r- og efterm\u00e5ling.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00d8vrige m\u00e5linger og unders\u00f8gelser<strong><\/strong><\/td><td>For eksempel hvis der udf\u00f8res ny cykelparkering i n\u00e6rheden af supercykelsti og station eller hvis nye l\u00f8sning bliver testet i et udviklingsprojekt \u2013 for eksempel informationspyloner eller nedt\u00e6llingssignaler.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00c5rlig monitorering og cykelstiinspektioner<\/td><td>\u00c5rlige t\u00e6llinger sker efterf\u00f8lgende p\u00e5 samme lokationer hvert \u00e5r den f\u00f8rste uge i september.
